3 Chainz Belgian Tripel
Malt: pilsner malt, aromatic malt, 2-row
Adjuncts: Dextrose (corn sugar), Toasted Coriander
Hops: Magnum, Tettnang
This is a traditional Belgian Tripel using a Trappist ale Yeast which imparts the banana and pepper which is very dominant. The beer dried out very nicely and gave way a lot of the esters and phenols, but not of heat (booziness) which makes it dangerously drinkable.
